Yashdhan Digital sells digital products and provides digital services only. We do not ship any physical goods.

1. Digital Products

All digital products (e-books, templates, bundles) are delivered electronically, typically by email, immediately after successful payment confirmation.
Delivery generally happens within a few minutes and no later than 24 hours after payment. If you haven't received your product within 24 hours, please check your spam/junk folder before contacting us.
Please provide a valid, correctly typed email address at checkout — we are not responsible for non-delivery caused by an incorrect email address.

Custom services (ad creatives, video editing, website design, social media marketing) are delivered digitally, by email or through a shared file link, within the timeline agreed with you at the start of the project.
Delivery timelines depend on project scope and how promptly you provide any inputs we request (brand assets, content, approvals, etc.).

If you experience any issue with delivery — a missing file, a corrupted download, or a delay — contact us and we will resolve it promptly.
